1. Cut red card 120mm sq. mat onto slightly larger black card square and then at an angle onto the front of a 6x6 white card base.
  2. Using black and red memento inks, stamp the ‘be my valentine’ sentiment and arrow motif onto smooth white card to create a frame.  Aiming for approx. 100mm square panel.
  3. Stamp the large envelope and the hearts cluster into the centre of the frame using black memento ink.  Stamp the envelope again onto a scrap of white card.  Colour the hearts with a red alcohol marker and outline hearts and envelope with a light grey marker. Extra details can be added with a white pen if desired.
  4. Trim stamped panel to approx. 100mm sq. and mat onto slightly larger square of black card using d/s tape.  Attach to card front at an angle using 3D foam pads.
  5. To finish, cut out previously coloured envelope and add in place over stamped envelope on card front, use 3D foam pads to raise it.

"I am a passionate papercrafter. I have also had my cards and projects published in magazines and was absolutely thrilled to be crowned Cardmaker of the Year 2016 by my favourite magazines! I have been 'crafting' for quite a few years now and always made my own greetings cards for family and friends. I do love playing and experimenting with all sorts of crafty materials. Papercrafting has always been my passion"
