Pink & Purple Vellum Unicorn

16/04/2019 11:50

    1. I cut a white card base to 4 1/4" x 11 3/4" and score the long side at 5 7/8". I also took a piece of smooth white stamping card and cut it to 4 1/8" x 5 3/4".

    2. Using Tim Holtz Distress Oxide Inks in Spun Sugar and Wilted Violet, I blended the top with one colour and then the bottom of the card with the other colour. I used a blending tool for this.

    3. Taking some Vellum, I cut out 4 pieces with a cloud die. These were layered ontot he card front and stuck down with glue.

    4. I stamped the Unicorn with black Memento Ink and coloured him in with alcohol markers.

    5. I added wink of stella to his main and tail.

    6. Using a cloud die I cut out 2 small clouds from white card and glued them onto the card front.

    7. The unicorn was stuck down with foam pads.

    8. I heat embossed the sentiment using Versamark ink and iridescent embossing powder.
