Almost all orders over £20 are delivered FREE (Mainland UK Only)*

For orders under £20, there is a £2.49 shipping fee. For orders over £20, the price you see is the price you pay. Ordering before 2pm with the basic delivery service usually takes 3 working days, but not normally longer than 5 working days (Mainland UK, other destinations take a little longer).

As an example, if you were to order on a Thursday evening, you should expect delivery on the following Tuesday. Order on Monday before 2pm and you should see your order arrive on Wednesday.

Some orders we upgrade for free to a next day courier at our discretion.

*Some heavy/overweight items are not valid for our free shipping offer.

Next Working Day Shipping Upgrade (Monday - Friday ONLY)

If you require your order the next working day, you can upgrade for just £5.95. Orders using this service must be placed BEFORE 1pm for delivery the following working day. Please note that there are no deliveries on Saturday or Sunday for this service.

We use APC Overnight who will require a signature on delivery. We cannot guarantee what time of day the delivery will take place, but can provide a tracking number on request which will allow you to track the item on the APC Overnight website.

International Shipping (Europe)

Shipping costs an extra £4.99 to all European countries and is shipped by DHL. Please allow 5-10 days for delivery of your order.

International Shipping (Other Destinations)

Shipping costs an extra £8.99 to these countries and is shipped by DHL. Please allow 7-14 days for delivery of your order.

Returns, Cancellations & Replacements

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchases. That's why we operate our no-quibble exchange policy which simply means if you aren't happy with the product; perhaps it's not the colour you were expecting or you've simply changed your mind, as long as it's unopened, you can return it within 30 days of accepting the delivery.

If the item you are returning is faulty
We will reimburse your return postage costs

If the item is not at fault
Perhaps you have changed your mind or isn't quite what you were expecting then we cannot reimburse your return postage to us.

We'll issue a refund within 3 working days of receiving the item(s) back.

If you'd like to cancel an order that you've placed at, please email with your order number and a note to say you wish to cancel. Please note that we ship orders very soon after they are placed. If your order has already left with the carrier then it will be too late to cancel, but you can still return the item once it's received.
